No-Shows & Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy:

A valid credit card is required to secure all appointments. In the event of a no-show, a fee equal to 100% of the service total will be charged. Prepaid package holders will incur a $200 no-show fee or forfeit the missed session. All packages and promotions must be prepaid at the time of booking to receive promotional pricing.

A Square payment link will be sent within 24 hours of booking to confirm your appointment. Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice. Failure to submit payment will result in cancellation of the booking. To reschedule or cancel an appointment, please provide a minimum of 72 hours’ notice.

Cancellations made with less than 72 hours’ notice will incur a fee equal to 100% of the service total.

All packages and memberships are non-refundable, non-transferable, and expire one year from the date of purchase.

All retail product sales are final, no exchanges or refunds. Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash and may not be used for retail purchases.
